Our programs.

  • Compassion for Caregivers

We hold space for people in paid or unpaid caretaking positions to enjoy a calm, creative, and human-centered atmosphere.

  • Volunteer Training

K-12 Curricula

The Compassion Classrooms Curriculum includes four lessons with age appropriate activities, resources, and prompts that meet National Art, School Counselor, and Montana State Learning Standards for K-12th grade. This is a great place to start if you are introducing compassion for the first time or seeking a fresh perspective. When students complete the project, they create a painting representing what they learned.

The Lanterns of Connection Curriculum was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to check-in with your community. It meets the same requirements as those outlined above. Sometimes the most compassionate thing we can do is slow down and listen deeply. We hope this project supports an intentional pause and a deep, collective breath.

  • In the fall of 2021, we held space for Montana State University students and staff to process the COVID-19 pandemic. We displayed handmade lanterns made by the participants on campus, as well as provided this audio experience for viewers.

Compassion for Caregivers

Specific Mondays, 5:30 - 7:30pm

Guests can expect to be led in a group mindfulness practice, act activity, and small-group discussion. Fill your compassion bucket with other big-hearted humans and explore the balance between self-care and collective-care. To transform systems, we must resource ourselves and our communities for the long-haul.

Each session is unique and designed to be attended multiple times - compassion is a practice and we’re all learning together.

Educators can receive two renewal units per event.
