I’m drawn to help with the Compassion Project because of my own empathy. I find it quite easy to imagine myself in someone else’s situation. I’ve found myself in situations where the empathy of others helped me through a tough time. I want to help others to see the needs and hurts of the human beings around them and step forward to support and lift them up. On a personal note, I’ve been part of the Bozeman community for over 25 years. Our family is involved in 4-H and I’ve trained in Aikido for 15 years. At home, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, our pets, and my small straw bale garden. Above all, I want to help people learn to treat others the way they’d like to be treated.
